Sign up for a free account, then create your business profile from your dashboard. Choose whether you're a store or a service provider, add your business name, description, category, location, and photos, and your profile is live.

A store lists physical products that customers order. A service provider lists services that customers book for a specific date and time on a schedule you control. The type you choose when you create your profile determines which tools you get — products and orders for stores, services and bookings for service providers.

Visit a store's business profile, browse their products, and place an order for the ones you want. You'll need to be signed in to check out, and the business owner will manage your order from their dashboard.

Visit a service provider's profile, choose the service you're interested in, and pick an available time from their schedule. Confirm the booking and the business will follow up if anything changes.

Follow a business to see their posts in your feed. Save any post to revisit it later from your saved items. After ordering or booking, you can leave a review with a rating and a comment, which appears on the business's profile for other customers to see.

Open a business's profile or one of their posts and use the message button to start a conversation. All your conversations live in your Messages inbox.
