By accessing or using Baztera ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, customers, and visitors.
1 Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Business accounts require you to represent an actual business or service. Providing false business information is grounds for account termination.
2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate another person or business
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Use the platform for spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized advertising
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- List illegal products or services
3 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Baztera a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
4 Orders & Bookings
Transactions between customers and businesses are between those parties. Baztera acts as a platform intermediary and is not a party to any transaction.
Business owners are responsible for fulfilling orders and bookings accurately. Customers should contact business owners directly for disputes, refunds, or cancellations.
5 Intellectual Property
The Baztera name, logo, platform design, and all proprietary technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
6 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baztera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions conducted through it.
7 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
8 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
