Every project runs the same four steps.
Whether it's a small site or a full piece of software, you always know what is happening now and what comes next.
Understand
We talk through the idea, who it is for and what it has to do. You get a written scope and a price before anything is built.
Plan and design
I work out how it fits together, from the data model to the screens, and sketch the interface before writing code. The big decisions get made here, while they are still cheap to change.
Build
I build it in the open: you get a link to a working preview and see it grow week by week, so the finished product is one you have already clicked through.
Launch and support
Deployment, handover and documentation for the parts you will touch. Afterwards I stay available for fixes and the next phase.

I'm Damjan, a software developer in Skopje. I write every layer of a project myself, so the parts fit together and you only ever have one person to talk to.
Recent work includes Recepie, a recipe community with its own Android app, and BoothPost, a marketplace where small businesses get their own website, take orders and bookings, and message customers in real time.
When a project needs design, I do that too. The software I like building best is obvious to use: it helps someone get a job done and stays out of the way.
